Make an Offer!.
You can now either buy an item (as before) or make a reasonable offer for it.
If you make an offer, it will either be accepted, countered or
declined ... usually within 1 working day. The more "reasonable"
your offer - ie the closer it is to the asking price - the
greater the chances of it being accepted.
The product listings pages have been changed accordingly.
Please note that this feature does NOT apply to all stock.
Specifically, it applies to all PAC-owned stock (codes
ending MPAC) not included in a sale or special promotion.

Product photos.
We are changing the way we display product photos in listings.
The listing format remains as before, but photos will be smaller
(meaning that the page loads more quickly) ... and if you click
on a photo, a larger version will be shown in a separate window.
This applies to new entries only, not older/existing entries.
You and Your Collection.
If you are a private collector and have some pieces or a collection
which you are proud of, write in and tell us about it ... and include
any photos of yourself and your collection.
We intend to add a page about specific collectors and collections,
and the best or most interesting will be mentioned on this page.
We will not publish confidential information (eg addresses).
Royal Doulton.
Royal Doulton have announced the closure of their last remaining UK
factory and the opening of a new facility for making limited edition
and Prestige pieces. In the future, most of their figurines will
be made in Asia. This will almost certainly lead to an increased demand
for the figurines made in England ... so buy now at our great prices,
before stock runs out.
