In general, personal information is used only for the purpose of responding to enquiries, and is not retained, recorded or distributed. The only exception to this is when you ask us to find an item (ie you want to be added to our 'Wanted' List). In this case, details are recorded in an internal database until such time that the item has been found or you ask to be removed from this list.
Personal information is never published, copied or disclosed to third parties.
